This is a great property to rent. The back balcony area was screened in and beautiful to sit out by and drink coffee in the morning. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and I'm going through menopause. I got a solid seven to eight hours of sleep each night. It was clean and a great location to downtown Apalach. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall very comfortable and the view was fantastic! We liked having the kitchen and cooked quite a bit. Only (very minor) downsides were - no pool towels and the kitchen pans need to be replaced. We would stay again - super convenient to restaurants and shops and with the dock - we had our fishing guide pick us up behind the hotel.

Very nice rental with a lovely screened in balcony overlooking the waterways of Apalachicola. Nice to have a king sized bed with good mattress and linens. We were there for only two nights but would have been very comfortable for an extended stay. Convenient for a visit to St. George Island which has lovely beaches.
