Clean, modern, great staff. Amazing place, totally recommend.

The 6 of us stayed in two apartments on the new top floor. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were relatively comfortable and there were kitchenettes. The view from the terrace was out onto the houses and hills, so it was a pleasure to sit and watch the clouds roll in and out of the valley. The sandwich makers in the rooms were great ideas!!! There are shops nearby where we could purchase everything we needed. The house is not in the centre of town but it is a nice stroll along the river to get to the centre of Borjomi. When the weather became too humid the air conditioning took the edge off. I would recommend this place to families and hikers on a budget.

I would suggest to the owners that courtyard in front of the the house be given a bit of organizing and tidying up. I would also suggest more cups, more plates, in the kitchens and places in the bathroom to hang a towel and clothes. In the back apartment instead of a desk a table would be better.

The owner was nice and clear from the beggining about the breakfast information. He also made a discount for us for the stay.

The bedsheets smell strong as if they were not washed. We should have asked for another set. When we arrived the toilet was not clean either, with pee spots on the WC, the sink also dirty. Shower works perfectly but the shared toilet is missing hangers and shelfes, because the floor gets totally wet.
