I find more showers and toilets would be a good idea. Maybe a shower room and toilet room in the hallway? Just one sink for 6 people in the toilet room is not enough

Great place

Even though it’s a little far from the city center, buses stop right outside the hostel, which made it very convenient for exploring Turin. The breakfast had everything I needed to start the day, although I missed having some whole-grain options. The bed was comfortable, had a socket, and there was a large locker for my backpack.

Good value for money

Good location, close to the city centre and with plenty of transport options, and close to restaurants and grocery shops. The hostel is nice, it's in a building courtyard so it's quiet at night. Access is easy, with very clear instructions. The rooms are not too big (8 beds), and my room had two private bathrooms, which were quite big. The facilities were nice, the hostel is modern, everything is nice and new. I didn't use it, but the laundry room is a great addition for longer stays. Breakfast was quite nice, with a good variety for a hostel.

Curtains around beds for a bit of privacy would be nice.

the property isn't actually where the listing says it is, it's actually much further away than this, but with public transport etc this isn't a huge problem, but just know this hostel is not very central.

Nice stay in Torino

The hostel is really good, but the facility is just a little further from the city center, but there is a bus stop in front of it, which is great.

The person who prepared the breakfast has low standards for cleanliness. He prepared the salami cuts and cheese without washing his hands :-(

A little way out from the town centre, but a great budget option for a trip to Turin.

A good, clean hostel with all the basics well covered. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of storage and a large fridge for food. Breakfast facilities were good - hot drinks, cereal, yoghurt, bread/ toast and fruit all available. Friendly helpful staff - I had forgotten my adapter and the receptionist kindly lent me one.

Nice place for short stays

Clean with nice staff. I wasn't paying attention to the checkout time, so I stayed about two hours longer in my room, and they let me stay until they wanted to clean the room.

The main door had an issue that day, and it wasn't working with the password, which I had to call the property to open it for me. Also, when I went for breakfast, there was not much left, although after around 15 minutes, a person came to refill the items, but I was almost finished.

Would go back anytime

It was everything I needed, a bed, a big kitchen, a clean shower, a roomy dorm; no dirt was found anywhere, we would see them cleaning every morning; breakfast was nice; the host was nice too; the hostel is like 45-60 of walk from pretty much everything, and super well connected to trams and buses in 30sec - 5 min of walk which was incredible

If you want to be talked down to and treated like a nuisance then this is the place for you,

Room was large. Shower was fine.

When I arrived it was very hard to find, although I had the address due to the absence of any signage. When I pointed this out to the receptionist he was very angry that I hadn't received the doorcode on the phone; he in fact had to a load of fiddling to get it to come up on Whatsapp (not somewhere that people would necessarily check anyway) and all that was on there was the door-code which I should not have required to get in (he should stop typing and answer the door!) While these people are doing he typing it would be more helpful if they texted the details of transport to the site from the town centre/railway station/airport; a warning that there was no signage and a description of he unmarked entrance. There is no lift and the hostel is in he basement. Coffee machine didn't work twice. When the man on the computer had to interrupt his typing to fix it there was no apology and it was done with bad grace. The bed was not made and I found some guests had to resort to washing-up their own crockery. I felt in general that the staff did not take their job seriously and seemed to treat any work as an interruption to computer piddling. I also had a knock on my door an hour before checkout time, which I did not appreciate. I felt the staff looked down on their own guests, who pay their wages by the way. The only hot thing at breakfast was the toast.

A nice surprise in Turin

The hostel is a little out of the centre, however well served by public transport. It's very clean and organised, a lot of storage spaces, dining and relaxation rooms, a huge laundry. Each dormitory has its own fridge and the kitchen is huge! Staff is super helpful and friendly, available to go the extra mile to help you. Beds and pillows are very comfy, rooms spacious. In my dorm shower, lockers and bathroom were separated, very good for managing noise! Towels are provided, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was rich and fulfilling.

Unfortunately, in my dormitory hot water was not running. Therefore the lockers need a thin lock or you won't be able to close them.

Great quality and price, right next to the bus stop to go to the city center

Really great disposition of the beds. 2 bathrooms for 8 people in the room, which was great, and even a big refrigerator in the room.

Nothing, everything was great. Just the breakfast I would suggest to have ham and cheese for making a sandwich.

Overall, comfortable budget hostel

1. Location (near the bus stop) 2. Breakfast 3. Clean and neat bed 4. Friendly staff 5. Relatively safer than the other areas 6. Close to the big supermarkets like Lidl, Bennet. (also there is a 24-hour coffee shop / King's Coffee)

1. Not an easy check-in (Reception operating hours are too short) 2. Some lockers are not working. Bathroom doorlocks are not working. (In my room 7) 3. There was a thief case of someone's toothpaste, not mine. It means that there is no CCTV to check. So be careful and aware! 4. There was a person who kept smoking in the lounge area even though it was a non-smoking area. I think he is not controlled because he is a long-stay guest.

Comfortable stay, especially if you are not travelling for a lot of days. Good value for money!

The hostel is renovated so everything is new, it is very clean and every room has a private bathroom and shower that you share with the people you also share the room. There were also lockers and fridge in every room, plug to charge your phone and clean sheet and towels.

Unfortunately there are no curtains at the beds (but this is something you already know before going), but in general everything is comfortable.

The rooms were very clean ans spacious. Bathrooms were very convenient (I had 2 in my 8 people room). Everything was accessible by codes and the check-in process was very easy. Breakfast was nice. Overall, I had a great stay.

Poor

The room has a decent size, it's air-conditioned and quiet during the night. There are two bathrooms for the dorm room, lockers (you should bring your own padlock) and also a fridge inside the room, which is convenient. A sliding door separates that part of the room from the part where beds are. Towels are provided free of charge. There's a big common area, with tables both inside and outside.

Despite having a big common area, the hostel was unfortunately not sociable at all. It's necessary to register with a personal Google or Facebook account in order to use the Wi-Fi. You need to put the bed linen yourself. And my biggest complaint – the care for the guests seems to be at a very low level. First of all, nobody explains their odd check-in process. I happened to arrive right at the end of the check-in hours, only to find the gate locked and no obvious button to ring someone inside. Only after messaging them and waiting for a while for them to see the message, the receptionist come outside. However, he didn't make much of an effort to apologize or explain anything. But the most unpleasant part happened the next morning when I had to check out. One of the main reasons I chose this hostel was that they provide an early breakfast starting at 7 AM. Yet, nobody showed up at the hostel until at least 7:40 AM, when I left because I needed to catch a train. Not only are their official working hours so short, but there is no one around at that time either. I sent them a message right away asking if I might have perhaps misunderstood something. It then took them five days to get back to me with a rather lame apology, stating that the receptionist just couldn't make it in time that day. Very disappointing.

Very good

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, what you would expect for the price. The location was good with a bus stop just outside and a short walk to the metro station and tram lines.

While I was there the air conditioning was barely working in the room I was staying in and the shower overflowed because the drain was clogged with hair.

I felt safe to leave my things in a locker in my room while visiting the city center. Whoever wanted to enter the room, had to have a code to enter patio and then code for building. Around there's Lidl and bus stop from where you can reach center. I had a space to work in hostel when I needed to. There are two bathrooms in the room that are separated by another little room, so when I came back late at night, I didn't have to disturb anyone who was sleeping. I had two hostel towels and clean sheets

Comfortable hostel for a reasonable price

A nice location, a bus near by, big lockers can fit a 701 backpack, spacious rooms, reasonable breakfast, there is a Lidl near by.

The directions where to leave stuff after check out were unclear, outlets could be placed near the top bunk bed, because you only have ones on the floor, the toilet and shower door don't have any locks.
