There is nothing about this hotel you would like. Stay away. Its not what you see in the picture. DIRTY,SMELLY, used to be old holiday inn express. Decor was poor, carpet was dirty, chait in restaurant is dirty and you dont feel like to sit on it. We had no water in the morning and whole of hotel had no water due to leakage in reception. When asked we been told by staff that our boss the owner dont care about customets and condition of yhe hotel. Please stay away. Im not sure company like expedia sell bookings for these type of hotel.

The location is not perfect being nearly at the end of the number 55 bus route and 50 minutes ride from the city centre. That said, the hotel offers excellent value for money which included free breakfast. If you like cake for breakfast then you will be happy here. Unfortunately, the room key failed everyday and needed to be "re-coded" at the reception, annoying.

I would like to ask for my money back. I paid for 2 nights but after the first night we had to move to another hotel. Idea Hotel was extremely dirty, from lobby to the room. Bed and bed clothes were broken. A lot of noise from other rooms during the night. Terrible experience.

The hotel is bit far from the city centre. I don't think It's in desirable place. But all stuff are nice, working hard. There is a big enough shopping centre 30min walk. Supermarket is right next to the hotel. The Breakfast was very nice.

We love idea hotel Torino Mirafiori. This is our second stay in 3 years and we will always stay here each time we visit relatives in Turin. The rooms are clean, comfy, quiet. The breakfast is lovely just so much choice and the staff excellent. There is no other hotel than this one for us.

Totally, we were satisfied with the room condition, environment, staffs and breakfast. The shopping center took around 5 mins by car, and if you want to purchase something to eat, you can access to supermarket next to hotel. Its quite fantastic location. Staffs was kindly welcomed on every time, and they were helpful. However, the shower hose head needed to be replaced with new one - something was weird. The air conditioner worked good, but a little bit noisy. Except 2 things, everything was great. I will stay on next visit.

We have used this hotel one to two times a year(3 nights per stay) for the last twelve years. there is a good choice for breakfast, just two points the bacon needs to be crispy(my preference) and use real milk and not UHT good coffee spoilt.

I stayed 3 nights there. Close to the shopping mall Le Gru 5 min by car. Plenty of parking next to the hotel for free, the bus ride to the centre is a bit long but it was convenient. Zoom was about 25min driving which we enjoyed very much too. The staff were always helpful, rooms got cleaned daily. For breakfast, there were lots of choices of sweet bread, bacon, egg etc and the standard is not the best, the room was very small but it's a budget hotel, so it was a good value for us.

The bed is very comfortable to sleep in and the covers were so cosy I didnt wana get up however it was 2 single mattresses pushed together to make a double which can sometimes be annoying. Woke up next morning for breakfast which for me and my partner was horrendous the cakes were so bad the eggs the cornflakes and it was extremely limited I would never have breakfast there again even the juices werent fresh nor were all the fruits. So all in all the hotel is something I would recommend if your looking for something cheap and cheerful and on city outskirts to just crash in after a long day like me. Breakfast I wouldnt do again and dont recommend either. Also they should invest in 1 or 2 international/English speaking channels on tv too. But service was good and hotel staff were friendly overall :)

We stayed for 4 nights and each night our room was spotless to return to. The bed was comfortable and an added bonus was blackout curtains. Breakfast was lovely with a full continental consisting of cheese, hams, cereals, fruit, toast, pastries so plenty to choose from. The staff were exceptional as nothing was too much trouble and all spoke in English too. I cannot fault this hotel in any way and my only comment would be to upgrade this hotel from a 3 star to a 5 star rating. We are definitely coming back here.
