The place was fantastic, clean, comfortable and very close to the airport

There’s no option to store luggage and rebooking an extra night was difficult

Location was fantastic for us as my daughter was doing some work experience at Heathrow and we could walk. Also appreciated how close we were to a tube station.

The kitchen wasn't equipped for people staying more than a single night (i.e. only one mug, tiny glasses, and no baking trays or anything to cook on). There was only one hanger in the wardrobe and no hooks to hang up coats. No mirror in the apartment. There were no plugs for the kitchen sink or the bath - although to be fair one was dropped in to us when I asked for it. Also found the bathroom door didn't lock properly. These issues could easily be rectified.

How serene it is. It is a very restful space!

easy access to property, good clear instructions on keys access, great location for easy access to airport, close to Hatton cross station or a 15 min taxi to terminal 2, apartment was clean and spacious as it is open plan bed sit with separate private bathroom. handy for parking at premises

when you pay a £200 damage deposit you dont expect to find damaged facilities. window broken, floor tiles in bathroom cracked, someone's trainers left in the bathroom, kettle was un useable as it was full of lime scale and no filter so i had lime scale in my tea! i had to go to town to get lime scale removal and fix the issue myself. it was a very warm weekend and the apartment could do with more than one fan. the induction hob only had one pan that could be used, the oven/grill had no trays to use, which is no good when advertised as self catering, the extractor fan did not work so when pan was on the fire alarm went off!
