Easy communication with the staff, good price for London, easy checking in, clean, quiet, comfortable, kitchen facilities, kettle in the room, regular busses to Heathrow airport just around the corner, one is operating 24 h, 10 min to the airport
You do need to change your carpet on the staircase, and the first floor landing

The room inside the house is a decent size with a twin/ double bed that was very comfortable. The property manager was easy to contact and overall it was good for one night close to the airport. Overall, I would stay there again in the future.
There was a bit of dust in visible places and on the walls you could see some hanging webs which is something I had read in previous reviews. Honestly, it's an easy fix if you dust a bit! Also, shampoo instead of just body wash in the shower would have been better. The bathroom is across the room though which I know some people might not like as I think it's shared.
