    Good: -Customer Service: This place actually have staff working at the reception desk for check-in. The staff is friendly, welcoming, patient and helpful. They also speak English. -Storage: Staff allows you to keep you luggage and pick up later. They tie your bag to a numbered paddle lock so only you can unlock it. -Interior: Facilities are modern and clean. -Capsule: Individual capsule has its own powered ventilation, small safe, multiple outlets for charging (2 USB + 2 plugs), and sufficient light. -Internet: Works and never had issues like I did at some other capsule hotels. -Laundromat: There's pay-for-use washing machines for clothes. Neutral: -Location & Access: Actually not far from Ueno Station but getting to/from is confusing and you have to up, along, and down a long elevated passageway. You can't cross streets to Ueno Station on the ground straightforwardly. There must be a faster walking route to/from the station but I didn't stay long enough to figure it out so ended up getting lost and circling around multiple times. Supposedly a 12 mins walk turned out to be longer for me as the result. Bad: -Besides the 7-Eleven in 5 mins walk, there's not much around. Need to head back to Ueno Station for dining options.

    I had such a great and comfortable stay at this hostel! Overall, I’m really satisfied with my experience from check-in until check-out. The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. What I really loved about this hostel is how complete the amenities are. They provide almost everything you could possibly need during your stay. They even have a hair straightener, hair curler, and a steam iron for clothes, which I honestly didn’t expect! These little details made a big difference, especially when you’re traveling and want to look presentable without having to bring everything with you. You really have nothing to worry about because they’ve thought of the things guests might need. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything was organized and convenient, making it easy to feel at home even while traveling. I also appreciated how the place was thoughtfully prepared for guests. For the price, I would say it’s definitely worth it. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped hostel, I highly recommend staying here. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose this place again on my next trip! 🤍✨
