The end to Christmas was ruined by aggressive neighbours.

Property is in a great location, owner and host are exceptional.

It was our fourth stay at Seascape and previously had no problems but this time the neighbours to the left of the property are very aggressive and we had to call the police during our stay BEWARE!

Lovely city and place to stay in family!

The house its lovely, and has everything to spend a great time in family. board games, maps, pencils and even a little car for my son. Honestly a great time! Also really good location, quiet and super close to the beach. around 7 minutes from town or 20 minutes walking and enjoying the view!

the first room and toilet downstairs were cold most of the time. the heater isn't working sometimes (we dont know) and my dad was sleeping there and he found it very cold.

Girlie's Holiday

This house, is superb all round 👌 Sea views and a lovely flat well kept garden. Wonderfully clean and perfectly equipped. Loads of extra touches that make it stand out from others we have stayed in. Location is perfect, a few steps to the seafront. The owner was lovely and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend Seascape and Clacton-on-sea is a fabulous place to stay.

Great location. So close to the beach. Easy walk to the pier. Lovely house. All you need apart from there is no tumble dryer(error by booking.com including there was)

Upstairs toilet floor very noisy. Mixer taps took a bit of fiddling.

Exceptional

Seascape is comfortable and very well equipped, with everything you need for a family break. The lovely Martello beach is about a minute's walk away and you can enjoy a view of the sea from most windows. The owners were helpful and everything was very straightforward and stress-free (as a holiday should be)! We will definitely stay again if in the area in the future.

Excellent.

The property was clean and fresh, everything you need was provided and the welcome basket of bread, cereal and milk was much appreciated. The house is spacious and set over 3 floors which if you are used to a bungalow takes a bit of getting used to! Really close to the beach and just a 20 min walk to the pier and town centre.

Amazing location, just opposite the beach. Beautiful house. Perfect for 2 couples and a kid. The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend. We hope to come back sometime.
