Staff was quick to respond every time. The apartment was spacious and had big rooms. Nice with 2 balconies. Easy access with the lock box. Easy to walk to the city center (15 min walk) and located near bus and metro stop. Good value for money during peak season.

Parts of the closets could use a little fixer upper, and the kitchen very much just has the basics (remember to bring your own dish brush and dish rags). Only 1 shower, but it worked out for us. The room upstairs is not separated by a door, so noise from the hallway easily travels up if the ones upstairs are not the last to go to bed.

Brak dodatkowych kluczy, mimo. kilkukrotnych próśb, przed zameldowaniem, na 8 osób otrzymałam 1 zestaw kluczy, co sprawiło pewne niedogodności. Dla osób wrażliwych na hałas, ulica jest ruchliwa , sypialnie jednak znajdują się od cichszej strony, dla mnie nie było to uciążliwe. Bardzo skrzypiące drzwi do sypialni, w jednej z nich lampka nocna bez możliwości podłączenia, brak gniazdka lub listwy.

Accommodation was good - view from balcony was fantastic. Property management were good to deal with. There was a lift.

Only received one key for four adults staying in apartment and was told I would need to pay $20 euros to get a second key delivered and that I should have advised that I needed more than one key - I actually didn't know there was only one key until the property manager left. Should have been provided with more than one key in the first place. We were told to dispose of used toilet paper in public bins across the road from the apartments on the main road - disgusting. Balcony door did not lock.
