A real gem location

Amazing amartment for the price, and the location is brilliant, a thriving little area 10 minutes from the main attractionsstaff helped support us when taxi strikes were happening and when called off organised our airport transfer, really quick to respond on the app Room service even washed up for us! I can not recommend this place enoght, such a large property for two mates, tvs and aircon in each bedroom and the front room and a very good kitchen!

Easy to check in , good location, easy walk to Acropolis and Plaka and metro. Liked the coffee machine and kettle .

No hooks or table or anywhere to put your stuff!! Felt a bit cramped but fine for two nights.

Nice if only using the main bedroom

The main bedroom is nice and has a comfortable bed. I liked having the dressing table since the bathroom is small. Everything was very clean. The little kitchen has everything you need and the management included a bottle of water and juice chilled in the fridge. The courtyard is very charming!

The other bedroom seemed like they just divided the living room area with one wall - there was only a curtain rather than having a real door. Very little soundproofing so it was difficult to sleep since the property faces the street. Plus the two twins are rock hard mattresses. My sister ended up bunking with me the second night in order to get some sleep.

A clean, quiet and convenient location in a very popular and busy city.

We loved the quiet, smoke-free area. The decor was pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. The location allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted, and we felt safe.

It would be great to include a couple of back tea bags with the other beverage selections, but this is a minor issue and just a suggestion. We also would have liked to have been sent the door entry codes in advance, but we were sent plenty of other useful information, and somebody buzzed us in, so this is not a complaint.

Incredibly small nit-pick, but the map provided of places to eat in the area just seemd to be full of terrible choices. We had far more luck ignoring it and picking ones that looked good

Koukaki is located close to the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum and an easy walk to Plaka. Tavernas, cafes, pharmacies and laundromat within 5 minutes

Nice place in an excellent location

Excellent location and nice apartment with most of what you need. Stores lose by if you need to purchase anything. Wonderful market sets up on Fridays so you can purchase fruits, vegetables, fresh fish and other items at great prices. Careful if you are expecting a pickup by taxi however as they will not have access to the street. There is a bakery a few doors away. Only about a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis area. A nice section of street closed to cars with outdoor restaurants a short 3 minute walk away.

A few minor things missing in the kitchen (spatula, some other items) but unless you are trying to do some major cooking you should be alright. Hallways are very echo.

Stylish property beautifully decorated. Close to Parthenon and museums. Friday fruit market was amazing!

Close to acropolis!

The place is great for couples or family with kids but not friends who want their own rooms. One double bed, which was comfy, and then two twins for kids in another room. The twin beds were terribly uncomfortable for an older person.

Very quite residential accommodation

Very quite residential area and close to sight seeing and public transportation location. 15 minutes walk to Acropolis and 20 minutes walk to Plaka. Very clean, comfortable bed, coffee pod machine. On Friday when I came out I was surprised there was a street market selling quality olives, fruit, vegetables and few other items. Nice back garden to relax with table and chairs but I did not use. Good quality bakery called Maua on same street must visit.

Shower cubicle was small but I managed.

Convenient and comfortable stay in walking distance to everything

The location was awesome— not right in the center of the madness but very close. Walkable to Acropolis, Plaka, Metro, botanical gardens, museums, etc. There was coffee and sidewalk restaurants in our neighborhood, a little off the beaten tourist path.

The only thing I can think of was that on early Friday morning it was a little loud in the front bedroom. But then we walked outside and discovered the noise was them setting up an amazing farmers market with the best fruits and veg and olives. Very cool.

A perfect place to stay in a perfect location with a perfect host!!

Lovely apartments in a great neighbourhood. Konstantinos was super helpful recommended local bars, activities and restaurants... the apartments were spacious, clean and great air con! Beds comfortable everything you might need in kitchen. Cute little patio area with lime trees. What a find! Definitely recommend 10,000 out of 10!

An ok apartment close to the main attractions.

The apartment was clean and large enough, had a nice furniture and a good location.

It was not clear from the description that the apartment is at the basement which is not very convenient, it was noisy and had no privacy. The pictures were taken from the upper floors. Also no cleaning, change of towels was provided during our 4 nights stay.

Perfect position in a quiet and sad area. In August a lot of free parking along the sidewalk. Building recently refurbished

Nice and tidy flat, good location, near to Acropolis (less than a kilometres, close to Filopappus Hill and park), walkable distance from very nice restaurants and few meters away from a nice bakery. Weekly local market on Fridays with lots of fascinating vegetables, fruit and olives. very comfortable beds, very tidy towels and and spotless clean beds. small toilet and shower but all good for a family. Konstantinos is very helpful, available and accessible very easily, very keen to help, Highly recommended.
