About this apartment rental
Situated at the ground floor of a marble neoclassical building, the Acropolis Koukaki Loft is 65sqm and has been completely renovated at the end of May 2018. It has a unique decoration that combines modern and classic style to make guests feel at home. Its additional advantage is its beautiful, quiet garden where guests can have their breakfast or enjoy a drink after a long walk.
The stylish loft has been fully equipped for every need. The spacious and luxurious living room includes a flat screen 55’’ TV with satelite and cable channels including Netflix and Disney+, a quality, big, sofa that can be used as a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking amenities, including a toast maker, a sandwich maker, a mixer, a squeezer, pots and pans of all sizes, coffee, tea, olive oil etc.
The sitting area includes a working station, a mini-bar and an expandable sofa bed with a new quality mattress that can be turned into a comfortable (queen size) double bed or two single beds, upon request.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a first aid kit and free toiletries.
At the upper floor, the double bed (queen size) has a new quality mattress and big closets with many hangers. All mattresses and pillows are covered in protectors and high quality linen and towels have been chosen.
Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi (high speed) is provided at all areas.
Its unique benefits are its architecture, a vintage arcade pacman game and its beautiful, quiet garden where guests can have their breakfast or enjoy a drink after a long walk.
The Acropolis Koukaki Loft is located at 46 Zacharitsa st. at the picturesque Koukaki area. The metro station Syggrou-Fix is 400m away. The area is well connected by metro, trolley buses, buses, trams-which can take you to the lovely Athenian beaches as well as taxis which can take you everywhere at very affordable prices. The nearest aiport is the Elefthérios Venizélos Airport and the nearest big port is the Port of Pireaus.
There is free private parking on-site which can be available to you upon request; pending availability.The garage is suitable for small to medium size cars. Alternatively you can park right in front of the garage door or in the street (free of charge).
The apartment can accomodate up to 5 guests. If you are a larger group, you can also take a look at the “Vintage Loft in Acropolis' Koukaki with small garden” which is right across the Luxury Loft and can accomodate 6 guests.

Such an awesome choice ... Wonderful welcome and very convivial. They even provided local breads / treats which was especially helpful given that we arrived late Sunday afternoon. Everything was within walking distance and added so much spice to our Athens visit. Mini Market nearby, Laundry nearby, within a few minutes' walk of a very nice restaurant location ... Thoroughly recommend for a unique special Athens adventure :) Wonderful hostess and wonderful apartment.

Wonderful stay and excellent place to retreat from the heat and noise of the streets while still being within easy access to all favourite sights. We enjoyed our stay, including late night sessions of Ms. PAC Man over Greek wine and beer.

My wife, teenage daughter and I stayed here at end of July and can categorically say that this was the best VRBO stay we’ve had - and we’ve stayed at many, many properties over the years! Perfectly situated to suit our needs, in the historic centre, with easy walking distance to the Acropolis, markets at Monastariki, and many restaurants. The loft was a great touch as was the garden area and the retro video game (Ms PacMan!!) What really set this property apart though was the host, Ioli! Simply the best - for example, wine, food and water supplied at check-in just in case it was late or we were tired from travels etc……who does that??!!! Well, Ioli does! She was super helpful ahead of and at check-in; explaining everything about the property, the area and introducing the dog and cats as well as her niece and mom. The apartment itself was very well appointed and very clean as well. The guest book was a nice touch and contained many restaurant recommendations that we took advantage of (Smile was especially good!). Definitely recommend Ioli’s apartment and will return!
