The location in the neighborhood of Kokkari is great, in the center, but not overwhelmed with tourists. A real neighborhood with some great little restaurants and especially Django Gelato a short walk away. The owner is very accommodating and friendly, A greek American who loves the neighborhood and is ready to answer any questions. My ferry arrived at 8 am, but he was there so I could do an early check in. I've stayed here once before and this is now my go-to hotel in Athens.

Kostas was fantastic. He gave us so much knowledge of the area, nice touches with the fruit and bottled water along with his family made liqueur, would highly recommend to friends and family.
