Accommodations were comfortable for the large group we had, and the rooftop terrace was a highlight. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was a nice touch. The juices and waters in the fridge were appreciated and the welcome shots of ouzo were a nice local touch as well.
The glass doors separating the two first floor bedrooms meant you couldn’t go to bed until the other room went to bed, but this was not a huge problem.

Very spacious - many rooms, 3 bathroom-showers, large rooms.
Very clean
Host was very obliging.
Nice neighborhood- walking distance from center yet more quiet, pleasant to walk at night, could let our teenagers go out alone at night
Very lively with many restaurants and cafe's.
Excellent choice for a big family !

The Splendid property is excellent positioned, just 10-15 minutes from all the touristic objectives and it is really spacious.
Unfortunately, everything is outdated inside, the cleaning is not at a proper standard and the host is decent, but the least hospitable I ever met. The smell in the ground floor bathrooms is bad and no ventilation can be done (the air is pushed out in the lobby 🤦🏻).
