The apartment was as described in the advertisement. 12 minutes walk (including a shortcut past the kindergarten) to the RER station, whose trains are in the center of Paris in 15 minutes. The center of Fontenay-sous-Bois is a 5 minute walk away and has bakeries and grocery stores as well as a few restaurants. The communication with Sylvie was friendly and helpful.

The apartment was perfect for our vacation in Paris. It was spacious even though we were 4 people. The apartment is located closly to the RER A line which brings you into the city. The neighborhood was very calm and hosted many boulangeries which we enjoyed very much :) Both arrival and departure went incredibly smoothly. Thanks again to Sylvie and Michelange

We greatly enjoyed our stay. An easy walk to RER A gives quick access to Paris. Easy access to Disneyland. The village area has small groceries, bakeries, restaurants, and a twice weekly street market is nearby. Sylvie is a caring host. We will stay here again.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé, propre et calme. Seul petit bémol, il manquait quelques petites choses basiques : un seul rouleau de papier toilette, pas de serviettes en papier, sacs poubelles etc... rien de très grave. Nous avons hâte de revenir pour nos prochaines vacances sur Paris. Merci!!

The apartment is in a lovely quiet suburb not far from the city centre. It has all the necessary facilities with Wifi too. It is a great place to stay to explore Paris city centre and we had a great stay here. I had a family of five and with 3 children and it was fine in terms of size. The station is a 10 minute walk and the rer line is available from this. Sylvie is very organised and welcoming and was very accommodating in allowing us to leave our luggage there after checkout time so we could go out until our taxi arrived for the airport. The apartment has basic furnishing and was very clean.

Description is exact. Sylvie did a very tough job with us Germans (not speaking French so well). I really recommend this apartement. Very clean and nice apartement close to RATP in the outskirt of Paris. We were 2 adults with 4 kids, which worked out good. Shops and huge supermarket is close by. We got also shelter for our bycicles (6!) from Sylvie. This was very kind. We also did a bycicle ride into Paris twice. Thanks Sylvie, this was a wonderful (but very hot) week in Paris!

Excellentes prestations, spacieux lumineux et traversant. Accueil impeccable, propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Paris accessible sans souci en utilisant le RER A : 7 minutes à pied quand on connait le raccourci ; ) Nous étions quatre et nous étions à l'aise. Commerces de qualité à proximité à pieds ( Boulangerie, Charcuterie, Boucher, Biocoop, marché le dimanche et le mercredi ) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous sommes restés un mois, le temps de pouvoir déménager dans notre nouvelle maison. L'appartement convient bien à 4 (2adultes et deux enfants). Ilbestbproche des transports, et globalement bien équipé. Quelques couverts de plus seraient les bienvenus pour espacer les lavages mais je suis sur que Mme Cannizzo fera le nécessaire, toute attentive qu'elle est à notre bien-être. Le descriptif est fidèle, l'appartement est bien entretenu, pas de nuisance particulière et les rues alentour sont garables assez facilement ( et gratuitement ) si vous avez une voiture. La literie est bonne, le linge de toilette changé toutes les semaines, bref, on recommande..

L'appartement est spacieux , propre et bien équipé. Il est à 7 minutes du RER A et à 15 minutes de Paris. J'étais avec mon fils de 13 ans mais cela peut convenir à 6 personnes. Il y a toutes les commodités dans un rayon de 1 km à pied: restaurant, supermarché, coiffeur.... La propriétaire est chaleureuse et avenante. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils. Il est évident que je le recommanderais à tous.

Cet appartement est vraiment ideale pour les vacances a Paris. J'y suis restee avec mes deux filles pendant 4 semaines et c'etait parfait. Les proprietaires sont tres, tres sympas et sont toujours la, facile a joindre, s'il y a besoin de quoi que ce soit. L'appartement est beau, propre, tres bien equipe et assez pres des transports en commun pour aller a Paris ou ailleurs. J'y retournerais sans hesitation!

Habitant déjà a fontenay sous bois,nous sommes restés trois mois dans ce gîte pour cause de travaux dans notre maison, et nous avons vraiment apprécié! Il est spacieux ( nous étions 2 adultes et 1 enfant), très lumineux, très propre, bien équipé (nombreux rangements et appareils électroménager) et bien situé dans fontenay village (au calme, mais proche des commerces) . Les propriétaires sont toujours a l'écoute en cas de problèmes. Nous vous le recommandons vivement!

Appartement très agréable, propre, lumineux (ensoleillé) et fonctionnel. Belle perspective à partir des fenêtres, proche de toutes commodités et petits commerces sympathiques. Situé dans un quartier agréable et calme. Idéal pour se remettre de journées harassantes après les visites dans Paris rendues toutes proches par l'accès facile au RER ou au métro. A, à peine, 10 mn à pied, par les petites rues bordées de superbes villas du 19ème siécle, du bois de Vincennes je le recommande à toutes personnes désireuses de se plonger dans un Paris et sa proche banlieue mythiques.
