1 km from the village of LUMIO, 2 km from the beach without crossing the road.

Air-conditioned open space: Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, complete crockery), dining room with table and 6 chairs, living room with large corner sofa and TV .
Bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Large 50 m² terrace with bioclimatic veranda, 1 outdoor table and 6 chairs as well as 3 sun loungers, and barbecue.
A 50% deposit and a deposit check of € 1'500.- will be requested upon booking.
Cleaning supplement € 65 if required or requested.

Un séjour agréable, des environs superbes et variés. Cependant malgré la propreté et le confort, nous déplorons que l'annonce du propriétaire ne corresponde pas exactement à ce qui est décrit. En effet, il s'agit d'un appartement situé au 1er étage (escaliers également depuis le parking) d'une maison avec du vis-à-vis depuis la terrasse est; le lave-linge est à partager avec les locataires du rez de chaussée et cette résidence est située en angle de deux rues très passagères donc bruyantes: la route de la mer qui conduit à la plage de l'Arinella et surtout la T30 qui est l'artère principale allant d'Ile Rousse à Calvi.
Toutefois appartement luxueux.
