I really liked the apartment was clean and very bright. It is spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen has all the basic equipment needed for a short star.
You can hear neighbours and barking dogs but besides that, it's great!

Apartment is very cozy and has everything needed for nice stay. Instructions for check-in are very detailed and you get your keys in the locker next to apartment. Internet is great. Walls are bit thin, but place is quiet (luckily not many people walking in the halls) and turned toward inside yard, so you will not hear any cars or street noise. There is elevator. Bus stop to city center/airport is 10 min away by foot and there are 2 shops nearby where you can buy groceries. Not many restaurants or bars in the area. So without event described in the following lines, I would evaluate my stay with 9. BUT...!!! I had big problems before arrival as Renters cancelled my reservation just before I borded flight toward Warsaw claiming they can not charge my card. More below...
The night before my flight, I got message from Renters they can not authorize my card. I travel a lot and pay with this credit card all the time (N26) and never had similar problems before. Moreover they wanted I tranfer money on TRR and higher ammount (cca 40 euro more) as agreed through booking or they would cancel my reservation. Just in case I changed credit card for another (so they could charge this one) and checked with my bank everything is ok. Just before I borded my flight I got message from Renters through Booking, they can also not charge this new card and cancelled my reservation. After arrival in Warsaw I was basically without place to stay (and it was raining/snowing). I called Renters and after arguing they agreed they will give me apartment (I had reservation for 7 nights), but I had to go personally to their office and pay there (and what a surprise, I payed successfully with same card which they couldn't charge before). This all made a lot of stress just before my travel and even Booking was not very helpful with solving problem (just that they told me my card is fine-they could authorise and I should not transer any money to Renters).
