It's in a good location, close to the Metro and it has a nice balcony. Having a Biedronka downstairs is very convenient.
Last year we stayed in an apartment in this block which was outstanding. This apartment was not and in need of renovation. The floor needs replacing as does the shower door which leaked badly and there was no bathmat. There was also only one teaspoon which is inadequate. The bedding was synthetic polyester and awful to sleep under. It was disappointing after last year's great experience staying in this block of apartments.

i found hair on bed, dust on toilet shelves, coach and bed are very close to each other.

Location, size of apartment
Missing a lot of necessary stuff. Bathroom mat. Especially that shower was leaking. Any hangers in bathroom for towels. No shower gel. No Additionall towels. There was just one cup. No furniture on balcony. It was looking like it had potential but no one takes care for it. Also poor contact with host
