Design is nice, modern and surprising for this district. Location is close to a big park. All amenities necessary were provided.
Parking is impossible and the district is rather scary. There is an 24/7 alcohol store nearby and drunk people wandering around.

Ogólnie apartament bardzo przyjemny jeśli chodzi o ustrój, dobra lokalizacja, blisko autobusy i tramwaje
W apartamencie było dosyć brudno, pobrudzone pościele, wiele ubrudzeń krwią, wszędzie kurz, apartament wyglądał jakby w ogóle nie było sprzątane przed naszym przyjazdem. Wiele zniszczeń znajdowało się w środku. Dziwny obowiązek wyrzucenia śmieci do wiat które się znajdują przed blokiem, nie spotkałam się nigdy z czymś takim. Kanapa nadaje się do wymiany. Jedyny plus tego apartamentu to, że ma ładny wystrój.
