It's a normal apartment in a good quality normal building. The walls are thick, the windows are good, the door is solid. You don't hear any neighbours, people walking in the corridors or loud cars. Its just a place that you would normally live in.
The bed is comfortable enought, you can't hear the bathroom from the living room, and the curtains are effective (unlike most holiday apartments).
Only the iron needs to be changed as it has started leaking.
