Lokal czysty, świetnie zlokalizowany z wygodnym dojściem z parkingu podziemnego który był w cenie wynajętego lokalu. Bliskość komunikacji miejskiej zdecydowanie ułatwiła poruszenie się po mieście. Cicha i spokojna dzielnica. Sam lokal wyposażony w klimatyzację, więc nawet ostatnie upały nie były straszne. Można było odetchnąć w mieszkaniu. Polecam. Według mnie lokal idealny dla dwóch osób. My byliśmy z dwójką małych dzieci i też daliśmy radę.
Trafiliśmy akurat na zepsuty karnisz i nie można było zasłonić okna.
