The apartment was clean, tidy and in a very good location, which we really appreciated. However, there were two major disappointments.

The apartment was clean, tidy and in a very good location, However, there were two major disappointments. First, the breakfast. Our Booking.com reservation clearly stated that breakfast was included. However, what was provided consisted only of a yogurt left in the fridge, some biscuits and a coffee machine in the room. We do not consider this to be what guests would reasonably expect from accommodation advertised with “breakfast included”. If breakfast consists only of a few pre-packaged items left in the room, this should be clearly stated in the Booking.com description before booking. We found this misleading and very disappointing. Second, the 4:00 PM check-in time. In our opinion, allowing guests to check in only from 4:00 PM is unreasonably late for this type of accommodation and significantly reduces the value of the stay, especially when check-out is required by 10:00 A.M

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The area is nice, 10 minutes away to Sinj center ! Personel was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and for all tastes.

It was so easy to get to even though we had had a long ride , it was a lovely place to stay

Property is clean and spacious. Small, but fair breakfast.

Far away from the city center, more suitable for business travels.
