Extrem gute Lage in der Stadt, nur ca. 3 Gehminuten zum Zentrum von Alkmaar. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Altstadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Trotzdem absolut ruhig gelegen. Sehr sauber. 2 gute Supermärkte nur ca. 250 Meter zu Fuss entfernt. Schöne Inneneinrichtung. Magenta-TV (deutsch). Vermieter per What´s App problemlos jederzeit ereichbar. Ausstattung mit Haushaltsutensilien für 2 Personen ausreichend. Ruhiger Innenhof vorhanden, aber optisch nicht so ansprechend.
Nächster Parkplatz in modernem Parkhaus ca 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, Tageskosten etwa 18 €. Kostenloser Parkplatz in ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar, ungesichert und etwas abgelegen (haben wir aber 5 Tage lang ohne Probleme genutzt).

Lage und komfortable Ausstattung der Einzimmerferienwohnung. Korrekter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.
Lösung des Parkplatzproblems: Entweder sehr teuer oder weite Wege. Verbesserungsvorschlag: > Helleres Licht am Spiegel zum Schminken etc. im Bad > Steckdose am Nachtkästchen

Prima locatie in centrum van de stad Alkmaar. Vlak in het centrum in de buurt van eetgelegenheden, supermarkten en bezienswaardigheden. Er was geen omgevingslawaai. Locatie is een prima lichte studio met alle voorzieningen inclusief volledige keuken. Vloerverwarming zorgt voor aangename temperatuur in winter.
