Perfecte locatie welke met alle voorzieniningen voorzien is. Goed verzorgd in alles & ook heel schoon allemaal. We hadden een probleempje met een lekkage wat direct werd opgelost en daardoor ook nieuwe handdoeken nodig hadden wat geen enkel probleem was!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die tolle Lage in Alkmaar, der sehr unkomplizierte und freundliche Kontakt zum Gastgeber sowie die gute Ausstattung des Hauses. Die Unterkunft ist angenehm ruhig, verfügt über eine schöne kleine Dachterrasse und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, in der es an nichts gefehlt hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Der einzige Punkt, den wir etwas schade fanden: Der untere Wohnbereich verfügt eigentlich über ein großes Oberlicht, das während unseres Aufenthalts jedoch von außen mit einer Plane abgedeckt und von innen weitgehend lichtdicht verschlossen war. Dadurch war dieser Bereich deutlich dunkler als erwartet. Eine kurze Information hierzu im Vorfeld hätten wir uns gewünscht. Für uns war das letztlich kein großes Problem, wir hätten es lediglich gerne vorab gewusst.

Nette Begrüßung mit Karte und Wein - vielen Dank! Ruhige Lage, die Nähe zur Innenstadt ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.
Der Wasserkocher war sehr schmutzig, nicht zu gebrauchen! Der Duschschlauch war undicht! Das Backblech war noch mit Speiseresten beschmutzt! Die Bettwäsche war stark verknittert und das Bett roch im allgemeinen gebraucht ;-( . Eine Beleuchtung am Spiegel im Bad sowie ein Waschenbecken im WC untenwären wünschenswert ! Sehr steile Treppe in den OG! Die Radfahrer nehmen wenig Rücksicht auf Fußgänger!! Der Wunsch des Vermieters, die Wäsche zu waschen fanden wir nicht in Ordnung.
