Super zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, gute Anfahrts- und Übergabebeschreibung
Insgesamt etwas "in die Jahre" gekommen, an der ein oder anderen Stelle könnte also einmal eine Überholung erfolgen. Steile Treppe nach oben und ein winziges Gäste-WC. Alles in allem aber schon aufgrund der Lage empfehlenswert

Le contact avec les propriétaires: fluide, aimable , l'accueil chaleureux. La maison est bien située géographiquement, près du centre d'Alkmaar. La présence d'une machine à laver/sécher. Très pratique quand on vient pour un événément sportif.
La maison mérite d'une rénovation approfondie: notamment au niveau des fenêtres , elles ne sont pas adaptées. Il faisait froid dehors, bcp de courants d'air, le bruit de la route est important, difficile d'avoir une nuit de sommeil sans être dérangé par les voitures.. La mobilière, la cuisine, les sanitaires sont plutôt "vintage".

Ubicación, temperatura de la casa con unos dias extremadamente fríos, dotación de la cocina y la gran mesa del comedor
Baños mejorables. El de abajo (solo wc) MUY pequeño y el de arriba tenía las puertas c9n rendijas y que no cerraban. Los colchones necesitan un cambio, aunque lo cierto es que eso no nos impidió dormir bien, pero con alguna molestia por la mañana.. Para gente de cierto edad hay que tener en cuenta las escaleras
