About this house rental

Family house for rent for your beach holiday in Belz close to all amenities!
On the ground floor: an entrance, a living room facing south overlooking a large garden, a fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker), a master suite with dressing room and private bathroom.
Upstairs: three large bedrooms with a double bed or two single beds and shelves, a bathroom.
The house is from 2019 and is located in a subdivision being finished.

Equipment available: iron and ironing board, chair and baby bed, beach umbrella, WIFI, television.

Linen and towels are not provided.

The location of the house allows you to discover the Ria d'Etel to enjoy the paths leading to Saint Cado and enjoy the Gulf of Morbihan (Auray, Vannes),
3km from the beaches of Etel, 5km from the beaches of Erdeven, 15km from Carnac, and 25km from Quiberon.

We had a great time in this area. There are several top class beaches within 20mins drive. The supermarket is only 2 minutes away. The house is great. The design is very open and inviting. The bed rooms are also very big and nice. The kitchen is also very nice. It's equipped with everything a big family need for a longer stay. We can highly recommend this house and also the owner, who are very friendly and helpful.

Quelle belle demeure. On s’y sent bien dès notre arrivée. Tout le confort dans une maison aménagée avec goût. Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 bébés . Ce séjour a été merveilleux et nous la réserverons pour une prochaine occasion. Et un grand merci à sa propriétaire très à l’écoute.

La maison est très bien au calme, grande, bien localisée et très proche de toutes commodités. Quelques points à améliorer : ajouter un lave linge indispensable pour ce type de location, ajouter de la décoration dans les chambres, c'est un peu vide. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle et grande maison bien conçue avec tout le confort nécessaire, par contre il serait plus rassurant de voir la propriétaire afin de faire un état des lieux à l'arrivée et au départ en sa présence.

Très bon séjour

C'est une maison très agréable, spacieuse pour 8 personnes (4 adultes et 4 ados), lumineuse et au calme. Elle est effectivement bien située pour visiter la Ria d'Etel, Saint Cado, Auray, Quiberon, Vannes...Les photos correspondent à l'annonce. Nous ne sommes restés que 4 nuits mais pour un plus long séjour, une machine à laver serait la bienvenue et compléterait bien cette location déjà très bien équipée. Merci aux propriétaires pour les attentions de bienvenue et leur réactivité avant notre arrivée. Nous recommandons cette location.

Location propre, bien situé, les espaces sont très agréables. Seul bémol l'odeur des matelas, du fait qu'ils soient neufs ou quasi neufs (odeur de plastique) En tout cas je recommande cette location.

Maison moderne et neuve dans un lotissement en cours de finition. Commune bien placée dans la région du Morbihan, proche Quiberon Vannes et Lorient. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les salles d'eau aussi. Tout le confort nécessaire. Décoration de Noël dans le salon appréciable. Points d'amélioration : une plus grande TV, des aménagements extérieurs pour la période estivale, un peu de décoration dans les chambres, et inclure un forfait ménage.

Les plus: tout est neuf dans la maison ! Propre, très bien agencée. Idéale pour 8 personnes. Des grandes pièces, de grandes chambres, avec 2 salles d'eau et 3 WC Les moins : - les rues, trottoirs et parterres en cours de construction dans le lotissement ont compliqué nos déplacements tout notre séjour. (mais les propriétaires n'y sont pour rien) - un lave-linge complèterait bien l'équipement . - linge de toilette et de lit non fournis, dommage.

Nous sommes contents de la location. Nous avons pu nous retrouver en famille et decouvrir la Bretagne du Sud. Seul bemol: il manquerait la machine à laver le linge... pour le reste tout est parfait. Alain et Tonia
