Exceptional seafront location

Villa Quand Même is a charming house from 1934 located just opposite the children's beach in Etel. This beach is very lively in summer, with an ice cream shop, the smallest creperie in the world Chez Zaza, outdoor games, trampoling, a merry-go-round, picnic areas.... You just have to cross the road to get there. Just after is the bar of Etel that you can walk along or by bike, on the many tracks provided for this purpose. The nautical base is located right next to the house (cercle-nautique-etel.fr), you can take different courses and rent equipment. A fishing area at low tide is located right next door. The beaches of Erdeven are all close by with its many water sports.
A supermarket is 200 meters from the house (open from 8 to 20 hours), and the shops of the port (bars, restaurants, market...) 400 meters. It is a pleasure to take the seawall to get there. The cinema located 200 meters away should reopen normally in 2024. A parking space is in front of the house. Your car may not move there all week.
The house on the first floor is composed of a large terrace with barbecue, parasol, garden furniture and sun loungers on the sea side, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood stove, a smart TV, and a veranda with a double sofa bed. The living room and the veranda overlook a fenced garden at the back of the house. There is also a toilet.
Upstairs there is a large bedroom with cupboard and dressing room, with a small balcony with views of the beach and the estuary. A second bedroom with cupboard and dresser accommodates a double bed and two bunk beds. The bedroom is small but friendly. Games, some books and a television are available for children.
There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. There is also a garage.
The house is therefore perfect for 6 people and can accommodate 8 thanks to the sofa bed on the veranda on the first floor (the shutters close).
The street is lively in the summer with the beach, and is much quieter in the evening.
Duvets and pillows are provided. And the rental includes bed linen and cleaning.
Etel is the ideal place for lovers of the sea and water sports, fishing on foot (we provide fishing equipment, beach games, and a paddle), walking, cycling... and seascapes, with the famous Etel bar and all the renowned beaches nearby (Kerminihy, ...).
It is also a pleasure to go and admire the bar of Etel in winter, and to stay there for a few days when there is a storm.
You are about 20 minutes from Carnac, Quiberon, Lorient, Auray and 40 minutes from Vannes.
Etel hosts markets every summer on Friday evenings, Sunday mornings and Tuesdays. There are many activities (sardine festival, tuna festival, etc.) and an exhibition of vintage cars every second Sunday of the month.
For those who don't have a car, a taxi from Auray train station costs around 40 euros for a 20-minute drive.

Departures must be around 10 a.m. and arrivals around 6 p.m. (this can be before depending on the household). A key box allows you to check in independently.
A paddle board, two bicycles, a children's bike cart, a skateboard, a children's scooter, beach toys are at your disposal in the garage.
In summary, Villa Quand Même is a little corner of paradise....
