Poor.

The view.

Too far from Monaco city centre.We had to climb the equivalent 13 floors of steps No coffee capsules. Filthy tea towel, the sofa was badly stained, paint was peeling off, tv did not work.

Modern, Clean, and Hosted with Genuine Care

We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Andrea was incredibly professional, friendly, and proactive. When we got a bit lost, he responded instantly on WhatsApp and arrived to pick us up within minutes. Upon check‑in, he took the time to show us everything we needed to know. The apartment itself was modern, spotlessly clean, and perfectly sized for two people. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay — highly recommended!

Very minor stuff--I'd personally wish for an extra pillow. My partner mentioned that he would have loved to have a place to hang a kitchen towel since he found it inconvenient to have nothing to dry his hands. Knowing the owner's attitude, I'm sure these issues will be addressed quickly 😊

I recommend this place

Good location, really good parking space in individual underground garage, good service, nice apartment.

Details such as: no light bulbs in the kitchen, broken lock on the balcony door, trash in the garage. If it weren't for that, the rating would be 10/10. I will definitely come back next time i visit Monte Carlo.

We attended the Boat Show and will book soon for next year’s show!

Self catering but great facilities so we could prepare food and all refreshments in the apartment. The owner was very responsive to any questions. Incredibly the owner recommended great restaurants including his own

Nothing in particular. However transportation to and from Monaco need’s care. There are buses and a very helpful private chauffeur available

Great stay!

Beautiful view from the balcony, host is very friendly and helpful. Good to have parking space underground so you don’t worry about this aspect. Public transport available right outside of the building.

Apartment might need a bit of refurbishment and deep cleaning but in general it’s a good place to stay ! It’s a good value for money in Monaco!

De eigenaar van het appartement was zeer vriendelijk en attent. Het restaurant van de eigenaar is a must go! Fantastische plek, eten en bediening.

De locatie is toch verder van het strand en centrum dan je denkt.

Freundlich, sauber, schöne Aussicht.

Die Aussicht war wunderschön. Der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung sauber und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Die Pfannen zum kochen waren abgenutzt, ansonsten fand ich alles was ich benötigte. Würde wieder hier buchen!

Unser Aufenthalt war angenehm und unkompliziert – mit großartiger Aussicht, und perfektem Service

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Andrea empfangen. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles war locker und unkompliziert. Andrea hat uns per WhatsApp viele wertvolle Informationen gesendet. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung hat für uns perfekt gepasst – besonders der Balkon war ideal, um den Abend draußen zu genießen, und die Aussicht war großartig. Die Tiefgarage war mit dem Aufzug perfekt zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man in nur 10 Minuten im Zentrum (Casino). Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Da kann Andrea nichts dafür. Am Samstag war ein enormer Baulärm von der Baustelle ca. 100 Meter entfernt.

La place de parking, l’accès, une télé cassée, remplacée par une petite (pas cool pour les JO2024) et surtout l’ascenseur mentionnait « pas de location courte durée type airbnb dans la copropriété ». Plutôt inconfortable comme situation
