The room is clean and the property is beautiful and peaceful. The owners are very kind and accommodating. The location is also great and is close to many attractions.

Very nice little guesthouse offering excellent value for money within a 15 minute walk of the Hang Mua viewpoint and a 10 minute cycle to Trang An. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby too.
The guesthouse offers laundry at 50k/kg and also rents cycles and scooters. We had an issue with the cycles (which aren’t particularly new) and we were not charged which was a nice gesture. The family who run it are very sweet and kind. They also arranged our onward travel to Hanoi.
For local tips and guidance do visit the excellent Xpresso coffee shop a few yards along the road.
The room could have been a little cleaner on arrival
and the bin needs to be emptied daily.
