L'accueil du charmant propriétaire, peintre de talent: souplesse dans les horaires d'arrivée et de départ, et possibilité de se garer gratuitement grâce à sa carte de résident, un plus appréciable dans une ville inaccessible aux voitures. L'emplacement est aussi parfait pour visiter la ville.
La propreté est nettement à revoir (tapis dans la chambre, vaisselle, salle de bain, odeur forte dans la salle de petit déjeuner) et la salle de bain sans porte, avec toilettes apparentes et audibles, ,n'est pas un bon choix. Le parti pris esthétique (portes de chambre et bâtis de lit en agglo brut) est discutable et l'isolation phonique est inexistante.
