Just inside the gates of Aigues-Mortes this hotel is a gem mixing old style with beautiful modernism. Very well thought out in its fairly recent renovations. Everything has been thought through from comfort, luxury and, despite no formal restaurant, delicious tapas. Breakfast was also delicious. The staff are outstanding; very friendly and helpful at all time and always with a smile.
Although not the cheapest, it delivers more than most at the same price. We cannot recommend this place high enough.
