Loved the location - so close to the town and lovely views. Secure parking at nearby location easy stroll to hotel. Secure entry to hotel when desk unmanned. The room was spacious clean and tidy. Air condition in room was good. Some noise from other residents as near reception but overall would recommend. The owner was so helpful with advise on where to eat etc

It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile when you arrive. Exceptional hospitality from Felix, thanks for your lovely welcome. Well appointed rooms with kettle and complimentary coffee/tea. Large windows looking onto the canal. Very clean and comfortable bed.

Good location.
Loosely fitting sliding door to bathroom: only stay here if you don’t care about bathroom privacy. Very hot room on arrival - has aircon for night but why not close shutters in day between guests? Free parking available but first unloading your car is a challenge.
