The owner of the facility is a very kind, attentive and charming person, who hosts her guests with love and enjoyment. The coffee and her cakes waiting for you every morning are a better and more personal experience than a hotel.. Her facility is something you should experience if you are in Italy. It exudes the spirit of Italy with details of the architecture and culture of the past and present way of life. The rooms are huge and clean, and Dany lives in the same building, so she is always available if you have any questions, advice for visiting the city, etc. Her recommendations also meant a lot to us. If we come to Udine again, we will definitely stay at her place, but we will also recommend her to friends who intend to visit Udine, which is a beautiful, relaxing city.

Very nice and warm place. The building is elegant and sunny and the roof terrace is just amazing. The room was clean and cozy. Dani is a very gentle and nice host. She gave me tips for places to go in the surrounding area and prepared great breakfasts.
Actually there was nothing I didn’t like.

Beautiful large old classic room.s. terrace upstairs which we didn’t use but great for family.. storage for our bicycles which we appreciated.. cake, coffee and tea for extras plus a very thoughtfully curated eating out suggestion list. What more can you ask for? Thank you muchly.. Liz and Scotty
