Spacious accommodation not far from city-center

Near the city center, big accommodation newly renovated, friendly hosts, no kitchen but a mini fridge is available.

Tidy, spacious and very clean room in a nice location!

Very nice and spacious room with modern bathroom. Cleanliness is very important for me and this accommodation was exceptional clean! Roberto was very friendly and explained everything in the room upon my arrival. He even provided complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. I only stayed for 1 night, but my experience was more than positive! 5/5 stars for me!

Mi sono trovata benissimo! Appartamento pulito, moderno e silezioso con letto e cuscini super comodi. I proprietari poi sono molto gentili, disponibili e accoglienti. Se dovessi tornare a Udine, ritornerei molto volentieri da loro!

Forse mancherebbe solo un microonde per rendere l'appartamento ancora più completo

Absolut TOP - Gerne wieder, wenn ich in Udine ein paar freie Tage verbringen möchte.

Eine Top Unterkunft am Rande der Innenstadt, die gut erreichbar war. Alles sauber, sehr neu, und geräumig. Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm temperiert, was in anderen Unterkünften nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Die Vermieter sehr nett, und sehr bemüht, obwohl sie wenig Fremdsprachenkenntnisse haben kamen wir gut zurecht.

Ich kann keine negativen Punkte anführen.

Stanza e bagno arredati con buon gusto e dotati di ogni confort. Parcheggio privato nel cortile condominiale ( un plus in città), posizione a due passi dal centro. Host gentili e molto disponibili

Eine schöne geschmackvolle Unterkunft am Rande der Altstadt von Udine.

Die Unterkunft liegt am Rande der Altstadt von Udine in einem sehr gepflegten Mehrfamilienhaus. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, hell und modern und sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Da der Innenhof abgesperrt ist, konnten wir dort auch unsere Fahrräder sicher unterbringen. Die Gastgeber Martina und Roberto sind sehr hilfsbereit. Roberto hat uns mit guten Tipps für Restaurants und Cafés zum Frühstücken versorgt. Um die Ecke befindet sich übrigens eine sehr gute Eisdiele. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist klasse. Wir können diese Unterkunft besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Più che una camera, è un mini appartamento (manca solo la cucina), gli spazi sono ampi, è arredato con grande cura e molto accogliente. Bagno con grande doccia walk-in. Posizione semi-centrale a una decina di minuti dal centro. Gentilezza del proprietario

Creo que los anfitriones no gestionan bien las necesidades de los viajeros. El check in es muy tardío y no puedes dejar el equipaje. No te informan de algo tan sencillo como qué consignas de equipaje existen en la ciudad (tuvimos que averiguar nosotros que existe al menos una en la estación de autobuses). El anfitrión solicita muy tarde y a deshora lo que necesita, en nuestro caso la documentación o el pago de la tasa turística. No dispone de cocina y para desayunar ponen a tu disposición un calentador de agua. Esta a una media hora de las estaciones de tren y autobús. A la mañana temprano nos fue imposible contactar con un taxi o un Uber

Po raz kolejny jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Drugi raz zatrzymaliśmy się w apartamencie i na pewno nie ostatni. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni. Położenie apartamnentu od centrum idealne, spacerkiem docieralismy do centrum Udine. Blisko bary z kawą oraz sklep spożywczy.

Moderne, top ausgestattete Unterkunft mit Parkplatz

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten beim Check In hat alles bestens geklappt. Nettes, modern ausgestattetes Appartement in guter Lage, allerdings ohne Küche (nur Kühlschrank und Spüle). Geräumiges Zimmer mit bequemen Bett und schönem Badezimmer. Sehr angenehm auch der abgesperrte Parkplatz im Innenhof.

Der kurzzeitig geänderte und knapp bemessene Zeitraum zum Check In war etwas mühsam.

Ci ha accolto il proprietario della stanza, persona molto cordiale e disponibile. La stanza grandissima, moderna e pulitissima. Letto, divano-letto e cuscini, comodissimi! Circondario silenzioso. Comodo anche il parcheggio interno privato e a due passi dal centro. Se capita di nuovo l'occasione ci torneremo!

Jederzeit wieder

Für uns war ausschlaggebend, dass es einen Parkplatz bei der Location gibt, und das war der Fall. Die Lage ist hervorragend. ca. 10min vom Zentrum weg, ganz gemütlich zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und sehr neu. Die Fenster gehen nach Hinten, also man ist vom Straßenlärm fast gänzlich verschont.

Eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher wären fein gewesen, aber sind nicht unbedingt erforderlich, aber in der Früh für ein kleines schnelle Frühstück wäre das schon fein gewesen. Die Adresse ist etwas blöd, da diese die Adresse des Gebäudes ist, der Eingang sich aber in der Nebenstraße Via Venzone, 2 befindet. Ich würde das in der Beschreibung ändern, bzw. in den vorab zugesandten Informationen hineinschreiben.

Persone molto gentili e disponibili. Pulizia impeccabile, arredamento di qualità e buongusto, zona tranquilla e abbastanza silenziosa, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Per le mie abitudini, la possibilità di far colazione nella struttura sarebbe il non plus ultra

Non c'è niente che non mi sia piaciuto, ma, come ho scritto, per le mie abitudini, sarebbe ottima la possibilità di far colazione nella struttura. D'altra parte, si chiama bed & breakfast, no?
