When I first arrived the apartment was very dirty, so couldn’t stay the first night but a thorough clean was arranged for the following day, and under my supervision the place was much better and I was happy to stay for my 5 week stay. The air con in bedrooms and living area worked extremely well, the apartment was very well equipped so was a great base for me to travel around Australia.
Initially there was not enough bedding for 4 people, so when my son and his wife were due to arrive I had to chase the property manager for more bedding, which she sent (along with the a hairdryer, hoover and kitchen bin 👍)
Balmain is a wonderful suburb of Sydney with lots of gorgeous cafes and pubs and independent shops.
Just an 11 minute bus ride or 6 minute ferry ride into cbd it is a perfect location.
