Escape the hustle and bustle in this spacious , south facing ground apartment in a quiet secure complex centrally situated 200 meters from the main beach and strip . This property has been totally refurbished to a very high standard with fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances.
The living room is equipped with Sat TV with all UK & Irish stations to mention a few plus Netflix,and benefits from its own WIFI for those who have to logon during their holiday.
The bedroom has two single beds that can be made into a super king bed , with ample built in wardrobes and remote controlled ceiling fan which keeps the room cool even in the warmest of nights.
The bathroom is spacious with a double walk in shower , and this also houses the washing machine
The complex also has communal wifi if required at the pool area and benefits with own private terrace which leads directly to the pool area. It also have a secure lock up area off the terrace that will house bikes if required
