Welcome to 301W, a 3 bedroom / 2 bath corner unit with fantastic views of the Gulf, overlooking West Tower pool and the Center Tower pool complex from the master bedroom, living area and large wrap around balcony. The incredible view and the comfortable “Home Away from Home” décor make this 1,675 square foot third floor condominium a renter's favorite.
Extensively remodeled in 2017, the condo now features crown molding, Luxury Plank Flooring throughout (no carpet!), new furniture throughout, new mattresses. The fully appointed kitchen includes new solid wood cabinets with Granite Counter Tops and rubbed oil faucets throughout, all new stainless appliances (new side by side refrigerator, new microwave, new dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer). Beautiful property, great pool and beach access. Only thing was correspondence for Antonov. Too many forms that should have the same information, check in check out how to leave your room at check out. Each document had different times and different expectation on how to leave the unit. I guess we did okay as we have not received an additional bill.

This was our First Time at SeaChase but it will not be our last. The comdo was very beautiful and the view from the large windows was breath taking. No need to go down to the beach. The beach was right there with us. The best beach experience we had in a long time.
