**SeaChase is undergoing a modernization project from August 2026 through May 2027, weather permitting. Guests may experience construction noise, dust, crane activity, parking impacts, and elevator work. From October 2026 through March 2027, each tower may have only one elevator in service during elevator replacement. Intermittent floor closures are also expected in March and April 2027, during which no access to affected floors will be permitted. Dates affecting Unit 802W will not be known until approximately one month in advance.**

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.
• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.
• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.
• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Our condo was updated and beautiful! The kitchen even had plastic containers for food storage. Very well stocked kitchen. Spacious main bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable living room. Balcony views of ocean were awesome!Outdoor pools were cold. Indoor pool was very nice. Water was warm. We got there when the seaweed was on the floor beach and foul smell was present. The seaweed was buried on the beach and also a service picked it up with a machine another time.

Our whole group gave our stay a 5 star rating. The condo and the property were very clean and well maintained. The location was very convenient to everything we needed. There was a little confusion over the instructions in what the “ card and key fob “ would be utilized for at the facility but we soon found out it was needed for leaving and entering the property from the beach. We did bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags but for the price and the upper level type of condo it seems the items provided would not be the cheapest available. That is certainly a minor point but it was mentioned by others too. The host communication was great, accurate, and prompt.

Everything was great with the exception of the cleanliness of the condo, there was mildew in the shower on the bottom of the glass door, the light in the shower did not work, the kitchen countertops were dirty with crumbs and food stuck to them. Floors looked like they had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The esthetics of the condo were beautiful just wish it was a little cleaner.
