Fully appointed kitchen includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9 foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

The condo was in good shape and as advertised, we enjoyed our stay; however, there were some things that were less than perfect. Upon arrival, the front door was cracked open instead of locked with the coded doorknob. The locks for the sliding balcony doors were rusted and definitely need attention. When we checked the kitchen, there were a few things that weren't clean: there were two coffee cups that were put back in the cabinet dirty, there was silverware that had little pieces of food caked on. There was a half-eaten pack of Ritz crackers left on the counter. In spite of this, the majority of the place was quite clean and in good shape. The beach view is great and can be seen from the kitchen, living area, and master bedroom. The pools and hot tubs were awesome. The lobbies are well-maintained and the guards and groundskeepers are friendly, helpful and professional.

This Condo 0402W was very clean and and just like the pic we view online,the property is close to everything you need or do.The property is so clean and all the amenities was great couldn't be more than happy.The beach is just walking distance from the property.The views from the bacony was gorgeous and beautiful would highly recommend this Condo.only one minor negative would be that they should have a mop or electric broom for spills & sand the broom don't work. Thanks SeaChase for a wonderful vacation.
