The rental experience at Sea Chase was wonderful. It had been 7 years since I had been there but it was always our "go to" place in Orange Beach. Since I was there a few things have changed and for the better. The check-in and check-out is marvelous. Quick and easy! Receiving e mails and then a phone call to let us know the room was ready early was an added bonus. Definitely would recommend this 3 bedroom unit. The only thing that we could have used would have been some light weight blankets, as it did get chilly when we were there. One of the twin beds had one. The other one did not and the King and Queen did not. We just put on sweatshirts to sleep in. Yes, we could have turned on the heat, but it was not that cold. Otherwise, it was wonderful. The kitchen had all that we needed for a few meals that we cooked in or heated up. It was a little worrisome when one elevator was out of order. I worried that if the other one stopped working, how would we get to the 12th floor? It did not work the whole week we were there.
