About this house rental

Chalet "Evasion", 3 storeys. In the district of Bossons 5.3 km from the centre of Chamonix, in a quiet position on a slope. Private: garden 800 m2. Steep motor access to 140 m from the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 1.7 km, railway station "Les Bossons" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km, tennis 8 km, sports centre 8 km, skisport facilities 4.4 km, ski school 5.1 km, cross country ski track 8 km, ice rink 8 km. Nearby attractions: Téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi 4.5 km, Train du Montenvers Mer de Glace 5.5 km. Please note: car recommended.
2-room house 50 m2 on 3 levels. Living/dining room with TV. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 2 french beds (2 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: no parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

La casita es una monada y bien equipada . No nos faltó nada en la cocina. La nota negativa ha sido el sótano donde estaba la segunda habitación y el baño con ducha. La humedad era terrible el edredón que estaba en la cama cuando llegamos estaba umedo. El olor también tiraba hacia atrás la verdad. Al final dormimos todos arriba

L'accès au chalet est difficile l'hiver avec une pente sans rambarde. Le parking est à 140 mètres en bas d'une montée. Pour les personnes marchant difficilement à éviter. L'intérieur est minimaliste, meuble cassé, nappe brûlée, propreté moyenne.

L'accès au chalet n'est pas sécurisé, voir dangereux et c'est bien dommage. Et quand on loue des draps ils pourraient proposer de faire les lits car à l'étage c'est vraiment fastidieux ! Et manque d'aération au niveau de la salle de bain.

Ottima posizione , sotto il ghiacciaio, luogo tranquillo un po' isolato ma vicino a Chamonix e alle piste da sci di Les Houches . Alloggio piacevole spazioso, attrezzato, perfetto per 4 persone. Note negative : chiavi da ritirare e riconsegnare non in loco ma a dieci minuti di macchina, nessuna flessibilità negli orari, richieste inviate tramite booking e via mail rimaste inevase, wifi con supplemento di prezzo, biancheria fornita solo con supplemento di prezzo esagerato.

Chalet très tranquille et fonctionnel. Belles balades aux alentours. On peut déplorer l’absence d’une place de parking devant et un accès difficile à pied par un escalier en pierres en mauvais état surtout en hiver quand il y a du gel.

Très belle vue et beau chalet. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de matériel tel que appareil à raclette, à fondu ou encore une table extérieur. L’interdiction de ce garer au chalet est un points négatif...

Le lieu est calme, le chalet est bien, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Sauf que la pièce en bas est très humide et le ménage n'est pas à la perfection pdt cette période de covid.

Chalet Décevant
Chalet présentant des problèmes d'humidité au sous-sol (1 chambre parentale + SDB) avec un vrai problème d'odeur (porte de chambre gonflée ne se fermant pas). Une terrasse avec du matériel très dégradé et plus que minimaliste (pas de parasol par exemple) et là de même émanation de la fosse septique.
