About this villa rental
The location is quiet and the town can be Reached on foot. The country house is surrounded by its own three acres of land and Has Been furnished in keeping with the Umbrian-tuscan tradition. It offers a large hall with fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen with barbecue, two hobby rooms, billiards and ping-pong. Garden furniture. It also has a large swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy splendid views of the lake after a day's sightseeing or sports activity.

The photos do not do this property and location justice! The house and gardens are much more spacious than we anticipated. The view ... WOW! The views over Lake Bolsena and the surrounding hills were stunning and easily seen from all aspects at the rear of the house. It's super peaceful, all we could hear was the leaves rustling in the trees (that provide great shade if you need it) and birdsong - bliss. We were totally private, the sun (1st two weeks in August) was on the pool and rear of the house for most of the day but there are plenty of shaded areas to choose from if you want it. Gradoli is walkable if you can do a very long steep walk back up from it! Otherwise it is a few minutes in the car and it has a nice handful of places to eat/drink and get your groceries from - not touristy which we appreciated. The only negatives was the very small dishwasher and having fans instead of aircon to help with the heat at night (aircon was not advertised so this was not expected) the property did provide fans for each bedroom which we really needed. If you want plenty of space indoors and out, beautiful surroundings, stunning views, privacy and a friendly authentic village close by this is the place for you.
