Very friendly staff and owners. + a very friendly dog and cat.
The facilities are very clean and the bed is comfy.
There is a ceiling fan. The place is quiet and cozy designed. You can relax from the trouble outside.
There is also a kitchen with everything you need. You can refill your water as well.
There could have been a second fan to battle the heat. :)

It is close to the catedral, sure it is convenient.
The hotel is not worth the price. Try to avoid it.
-The room provides fan, they do have air conditioner, but if you want to use the ac, you have to pay 10 USD extra. You can imagine how hot it would be in Leon especially on the top floor after the sun burns the room all day long.
-The WIFI in the room is nearly nothing.
-There is no hot shower water.
-The guy at the reception has no willing to help. The stairs up to the 2nd floor are quite steep, the guy was leading us up in front, I brought two suitcases with me, the guy was waiting for me on the 2nd floor, without any intention to lend me a hand. I could handle it myfelf, I am totally ok with it, but anyway, the guy had no willing to help.
