The hotel was very clean. They served a typical breakfast (rice, scrambled egg, coffee). There were a common kitchen so you could cook your own meals. The staff members were very helpful.
There was no furniture in a room except the bed. We had to put our luggage on a floor. It would be nice to have a luggage stand or some kinda bench. No debit/credit machine, you have to have cash to pay for the hotel (booking.com said you can pay with credit card at the property. Nope, cash only)

The breakfast was simple but nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There were quite a few power cuts but that probably had nothing to do with the hostel.

Close to bus terminal, very nice if you need to catch an early bus like we did (to Matagalpa).
The host (I think his name was Douglas Antonio) was extremely helpful and even accompanied us to the bus Terminal at 4:45 AM and showed us the right bus and price, to ensure we got on safe and sound. What an extremely nice thing to do.
Everything in our room was excellent, nice common areas as well.
Choose if the location is to your liking, at night it is more abandoned than the center.

Good location. Room was quiet. We were able to store our luggage for a bit after checkout.
Internet weak. Did not provide breakfast because it was a ‘holiday’. One big one small towel for two people and it was rough. Shared kitchen refrigerator was not cold. Tv had bad signal.
