The staff, specially Wylfredo was very helpful during our stay.
The chill atmosphere, and the pool was a nice thing to refresh briefly during the heat.

Great location. Booked a day trip to lago Apoyo which was a great escape from the heat. Had a private room which had a good fan to cool down the hot room at night.
Not everyone kept the kitchen that clean.

Nice place to stay in Granada - nice room and private bathroom. The pool was very good for a cool off in the heat of Granada! Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Check in and out was smooth. The place was in a great location for exploring the city and felt pretty secure.
I know the city is hot but the room was very hot. The fan was good but with only a small window and a metal roof it wasn't really enough and the room was very hot no matter what we did.

Super close to the plaza and Granada Cathedral. Very close to convenience store.
Overall appearance was not enticing compared to photos. The pool was a disappointment, smaller than a typical hot tub.
