Managua Inn

A 5 minute walk to Metrocentro made this very convenient. Room was spacious with good AC and shower had hot water. Cooking facilities were available which was great.

The breakfast included was basic, but as cooking facilities were available I cooked bacon & eggs for myself. It was so good.

Good location, right next to the mall and some restaurants, easy to get to UCA bus terminal.

Had an upper bunk in the dorm room, fan didnt reach me so it was hot but not intolerable. No plug by bed.

Nice place, staff were good to chat to and the location by the mall meant there were amenities nearby. The place is very quiet and most people keep themselves to themselves. Very few tourists, and although it was nice to see proper Nicaragua the other guests in the hotel were not to be trusted...

My private room was broken into by another guest and $200usd of cash was stolen from a hidden location in my rucksack. The property needs to review the lock mechanisms on the doors to ensure the security of guests belongings. The door locks are built into the handle and it was clearly very easy to slip a piece of card down the gap and open the locked door without evidence of a break-in. The owner was super apologetic and I do feel for them, but it was really upsetting to know that someone could access my room and steal from me while I was out.
