La ubicación es privilegiada. Junto a restaurantes y el Puerto, ideal para coger un catamarán o taxi boat (más económico)e ir a Troia, recomendable. O simplemente pasear. El centro muy muy cerca, particularmente nos gustó más para comer. Supermercado "pingo doce" a un corto paseo, no vuelvas muy cargado(durante nuestra estancia siempre muy concurrido, pero hay de todo) Aldi y Lidl a 10 minutos en coche. Balcón con vistas al puerto, la entrada principal está en un callejón dónde dan a parar las extracciones de varias cocinas de restaurantes, así que no puedes abrir la ventana del dormitorio para airear. El apartamento es cómodo, salón amplio, cocina y baño funcionales, aire acondicionado de calidad. La ducha funciona perfectamente, presión y temperatura. Zona poco ruidosa. Buena comunicación con Sandra.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue la limpieza, que se puede mejorar mucho. El sofá y cojines de los asientos de las sillas muy sucios. Nosotros tuvimos que poner una manta sobre el sofá para usarlo. Exterior de la nevera y zona de los tiradores de los muebles de la cocina sucios, también algunos platos. Cubo de basura con mal olor porque no se limpió bien y tenía restos. Quisimos mover un poco el sofá pero decidimos no hacerlo... también habría que limpiar el tirador de la puerta principal. En el interior del armario donde están las literas (suelo y raíles) había pelusas, polvo, pelos.... Entendemos que el uso es de muchas personas, pero quería especificarlo todo porque en general he visto buena puntuación en la limpieza. Para nosotros estos aspectos marcan la diferencia y nos hacen sentir más o menos cómodos. Poco papel higiénico, dos rollos para una semana, tendrás que comprar. No se puede abrir a ninguna hora la ventana del dormitorio, mal olor.

Obiekt doskonale położony, blisko portu, starej części miasta, marketu ze świeżymi owocami i rybami, stacji kolejowej. Wyposażony, we wszystko, co może się przydać podczas wakacji (i zmywarka, i parasol plażowy). Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja pomagała podczas upałów, a widok z okna na port i zatokę uprzyjemniał poranną kawę. Bardzo sympatyczna i wspierająca właścicielka, natychmiast reagowała na nasze pytania przed przyjazdem i wyjaśniała wszystkie nasze wątpliwości. Pyszne, lokalne wino na powitanie było bardzo miłą niespodzianką. Parking ogólnodostępny, płatny 3,4€ za dobę.

Jedyna rzecz, która przeszkadzała, to niemiły zapach z restauracji, który roznosił się z tyłu domu, przy wejściu do apartamentu. Więc niefajnie było wchodzić. W środku już nie wyczuwalny.

Maybe the location, which was one of my major initiatives to book this accommodation- but I did not explore in a good mood, sadly, due to my experience.

I had a bad experience with the stay. Really frustrated. The owner did not clearly specify her requirement of the check-in time restriction in the facility policy as she requested the free-of-charge check-in time strictly between noon and 8:00 pm only. She put her request and her self-made penalty rule on another page and vaguely stated that "it is possible" that late check-in time may be charged 20-50 Euro because it will cause her inconvenience to hand over the keys. Instead, you should state clearly, "Any later check-in between 8 to 11 PM should/must pay extra 20 Euros; any later check-in after 11 PM should/must pay extra 50 Euros" in bold in the first line of the facility policy to avoid being missed. It was the first time I heard this rule throughout my experiences with so many stays around the globe. We paid 20 Euros, but we all believe it was unfair. This information should be disclosed in a much more prominent place if the owner has limited capability to cater for the varying customer check-in schedule. I complained about this to Booking, and they contacted the owner for some communication. We did not expect any penalty refund, but I need to put my honest opinions here. Other things that stopped me from giving generous reviews include: 1) It was difficult to find the address from the back door (no logo) even with the local taxi driver's help, and an obvious hardship to check in. We had to turn to the help of the neighbour restaurant owner and waited there for 20 mins for the owner to come over and hand over the key (which could be streamlined as many other accommodation check-in methods via using the lockbox) 2) No breakfast is provided.
