As imagens parecem não corresponder ao apartamento real, apenas a casa de banho tem janela e a porta de entrada um pouco insegura (não consegui trancar totalmente à chave).

Sofá e camas confortáveis
Falta de climatização, apenas uma ventoinha elétrica não é suficiente para refrescar o apartamento ou até apenas uma divisão. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar como se pode ver nas fotos. Um simples aspirador faria diferença para limpar as ranhuras do piso... Frigorífico super pequeno e já com prateleiras em falta...
