The building is very well located in Baixa de Setubal, in the historic area of the city, close to several shops, restaurants, pharmacies and other services. 5 min walk from the bus station, 7 min walk from the catamaran that takes you to Troia and 12 min from the train station. The entire building is functioning as an AL. Managed by the owners with all the effort and dedication to make your stay unforgettable. With a unique charm, which enchants those who visit.

I had a great experience staying at this apartment. It was exactly as described—clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with everything I needed close by. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and cozy place to stay.
