Here's Lucy

An excellent apartment up only 1 floor of stairs and quite large - very rare for Amsterdam! Very central to everything we needed including a large supermarket. The apartment had heaps of great features - large fridge, big bedroom, very comfortable bed, big wardrobe, heaps of storage space, excellent bathroom with washer/dryer as well, great kitchen facilities including a hot plate and microwave/convection oven, double glazed windows that opened and best of all - a lovely small private balcony with table and chairs! Lucy was also very helpful.

Location was excellent and the appartment was very practical.

The appartment is heavily overlooked at the front and the back, something I hadn't realsied but would have, if I had looked more closely on Google maps. It was no hardship though, just meant having to pull all the curtains when dressing or undressing

Dick (our host) met us on site at the front door - he was waiting for us as we had told him our arrival time.

Amazing apartment, very big and spacious, super comfortable. Amazing location, in the city center, close to everything. We didn't use the kitchen, but there were all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably (and more). The apartment is on the first floor, only one wide (relatively for Amsterdam) staircase. There is a large and spacious balcony. The apartment is very heated for winter. Oh, and there's a urinal!

The apartment was great, but it would have been perfect if there was a light on the balcony (or better - a heater). Also, the shower is not closed so water comes out of it a little while showering, and the water pressure is a little low. But these are really small things.
