Quiet. Park across the street. Easy to walk to food/bus-to-downtown. Hot water kettle got a lot of use.

Setup in the main bathroom was a bit awkward with the TP location. Would have loved to do a load of laundry. Was confused about where to put recycling and compost.

We loved our stay in Portland & will definitely book this property again!!

The property was very well appointed, thoughtfully furnished, and extremely clean. The yard/flower gardens were beautifully landscaped and maintenanced by Roy. It was so easy to contact Roy by text if we had any questions and he responded quickly.

The property is on the corner of a main thoroughfare and traffic can be heard zipping by at all hours, especially at bedtime. We did end up getting used to it after the first couple of nights though. There is also a fire station directly across the street from this property, and when we first arrived we were very put off about this. However, the engine drivers were very respectful of the neighbors. They left on their calls and returned to the station with only their emergency lights on... NO sirens were used!! So no problem there.

Very gorgeous home in the perfect neighborhood for children. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the home and neighbors. Roy & Peggy were very sweet as hosts. We had an amazing time.

Roy was at the apartment to greet us. Our Flixbus from SeaTac was delayed by over 5 hours and Roy was exceptionally patient and understanding with our delayed arrival.

Location was great as you are in walking distance of plenty of places to eat and drink etc. Owners are extremely nice. They have everything there for you that you might forget (shampoo, toothpaste, trash bags)and in addition has washing machine, dryer, full kitchen with utensils. For the value it is a really really great place to stay. Even if it's $500-1k more expensive than a hotel room I would stay here as you get so much more amenities

My sister and I were meeting my father and his wife for his 85th birthday. We were flying in late so I asked the host if he/she could meet my father instead. Roy was there and even helped carry in some of their groceries. Roy was super kind and my father said he would love to have him as a neighbor.

Great place, good location, very clean and comfortable. Roy, the host, had all the details you would want but very rarely see. Coffee and fruit were in the well-stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds! Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Totally recommend!
